Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic conditions for using Timich and Timich Reach.

App License

Timich is distributed through the App Store. Unless a separate written agreement applies, Timich is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Timich Reach Subscription

Timich Reach is an optional auto-renewable subscription that adds Remote Browsing for a paired Timich Agent.

• Timich Reach provides Remote Browsing for one paired Timich photo library at a time.
• Timich Reach does not import or host your photo library. Your media remains on the Immich server and Timich Agent that you run or control.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in App Store subscriptions.
• If Timich Reach expires or is canceled, local browsing through your own Immich server or Timich Agent remains available when reachable.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the Immich server, Timich Agent, network, credentials, and media library that you choose to connect to Timich. Do not use Timich to access servers, accounts, or media that you do not control or have permission to use.
